Receiptor AI is revolutionizing how businesses manage their financial documentation through intelligent receipt processing and accounting automation. As a growing startup with a product that customers love, we're looking for a dynamic Head of Growth to help us reach the next level of scale.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across multiple channels
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies (paid ads, email outreach)
  • Build and scale new acquisition channels including partnerships and PR
  • Design and implement growth experiments with clear success metrics
  • Analyze performance data to optimize conversion throughout the customer journey
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to create growth loops
  • Establish analytics frameworks to measure ROI across marketing initiatives
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities
  • Create systematic approaches to improve activation and retention
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, content, and leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in growth, marketing, or business development for B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth at a startup
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
  • Experience managing paid acquisition channels and optimizing CAC
  • Understanding of SEO principles and content-driven growth
  • Ability to develop and test growth hypotheses rapidly
  • Experience building and nurturing partner relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to execute independently
  • Familiarity with fintech, accounting software, or B2B SaaS is a plus
