Before you connect your inbox

How far back can I extract receipts?
Choose the date range you need, including previous years. Receiptor can only process messages that are still available through the connected mailbox; it cannot recover deleted email that the provider no longer makes available.
Can I find receipts for a past tax year?
Yes. Choose the start and end dates for that tax year. Receiptor scans the messages still available through the connected mailbox, then lets you review and export the recovered documents.
Can I scan Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. Historical extraction supports connected Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and IMAP sources. Select the email account and date range for each extraction.
Is this included in ongoing monitoring?
Historical extraction is a separate quoted workflow. Review the cost for your selected scan before starting. Ongoing monitoring, exports, and accounting integrations have their own access requirements.
Can I save the quote and run it later?
Yes. You can save quotes as drafts, revisit them, and track submitted extractions and their progress.
What can I do with the recovered receipts?
Review the extracted documents and download CSV, PDF, or ZIP exports. You can also use a configured Xero or QuickBooks integration with the required plan access.
