Why Datamolino can't pull receipts from your Outlook on its own
Datamolino only takes in receipts by email: you forward each message to [yourfoldername]@dtmln.com, and it reads what you send. That only happens when you remember to forward, one receipt at a time, so any receipt sitting in your Outlook that you did not forward never reaches Datamolino.
The manual way to send receipts from your Outlook to Datamolino
- Confirm your Outlook address is verified in Datamolino.
- Open the receipt in Outlook.
- Forward it to [yourfoldername]@dtmln.com.
- Datamolino reads it and adds it to your account.
This works, but only for receipts you forward yourself, and never for the ones already buried in your Outlook. At any real volume it becomes a daily chore that is easy to drop.
How to send receipts from your Outlook to Datamolino automatically with Receiptor AI

Step 1: Connect your Outlook to Receiptor AI
- In Receiptor AI, open Sources > Email Accounts.
- Click Add Inbox.
- Choose Outlook and sign in on the login page that opens.
- Approve the access Receiptor AI requests. It is read-only: it can find and read your receipts and invoices, but never send or change your mail.

- Click Generate Rule, then Save.
