How to Send Receipts and Invoices from Your Outlook to Wave Automatically
To send receipts from your Outlook to Wave automatically, connect your Outlook to Receiptor AI, then set up one automation that routes each receipt to a unique receipt-forwarding address. Why Wave can't pull receipts from your Outlook on its own

The manual way to send receipts from your Outlook to Wave
- Confirm your Outlook address is verified in Wave.
- Open the receipt in Outlook.
- Forward it to a unique receipt-forwarding address.
- Wave reads it and adds it to your account.

How to send receipts from your Outlook to Wave automatically with Receiptor AI

- In Receiptor AI, open Sources > Email Accounts.
- Click Add Inbox.
- Choose Outlook and sign in on the login page that opens.

- Click Generate Rule, then Save.
